Role overview

Presurgeo is looking for a driven product manager who wants to make an impact in healthcare and drive the product from idea to market. In this role, you will work directly with customers and our team of advanced researchers and software developers, to bring the best quality product(s) to market.

You will be responsible for the overall product portfolio and define the product vision for future products and updates in alignment with the business strategy and customer insights.

You will manage the product roadmap, including prioritizing features, setting timelines, and allocating resources effectively. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market demands while adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.

You will be expected to travel to customer sites and relevant international congresses, to interact with (potential) customers and keep abreast of trends in the field. Your strategy will translate directly into better patient care, happier customers, and generate the revenue to reinvest into our CMR portfolio for further growth.

The profile we are looking for

• You feel equally at home interacting with clinical specialists in a hospital environment and working with the R&D team
• You can translate clinical and technical items into commercial propositions
• You have 5+ years’ experience in global product management or a closely related field such as clinical science, clinical applications or marketing, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or life sciences
• You know how to create and realize a compelling vision for a product space, built on an analysis of the business strategy, competitor landscape, clinical needs and current product positioning
• You can point to specific examples of how your ideas, insights and efforts have translated into commercially successful, highly usable products that customers love
• Ideally, you’ll have some familiarity with software development methods such as scrum/agile
• You have knowledge of medical imaging technologies, orthopedics and digital health solutions
• Knowledge of current developments in AI-driven healthcare solutions or surgical robotics is a plus
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed product decisions and prioritize development efforts
• You excel in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment on product goals and delivery timelines
• You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious goals within tight timelines
• You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly
• You have knowledge and hands-on experience in working with QMS frameworks, ensuring that the organization complies with industry standards and regulations.
